To maintain our rigid service timetables and respect the operational integrity of our dedicated technical staff, the following studio policies are uniformly enforced.
Cancellations or modification of appointments must be processed at minimum 24 hours prior to service time. Cancellations inside this window incur a standard 50% reservation charge. Complete no-shows forfeit 100% of standard service valuation.
We allow a maximum grace threshold of 10 minutes. Beyond 10 minutes, the appointment window must be condensed to fit structural parameters without price tier adjustments, or cancelled outright matching short-notice parameters.
Should accidental architectural lift, chipping, or micro-structural fractures manifest within 7 days of service departure, notice can be submitted via email containing macro attachments to qualify for complimentary studio maintenance.
